Ready To Inspire a Lifelong Passion For Playing Violin?

Hi! I'm Caitlin, your local violin expert!
I'm a specialist in teaching excellent hand technique
& musical expressiveness. This sets you up with strong foundations for violin-playing, the rest of your life.

After teaching hundreds of kids...
I realized that violinists do best when they
are given songs they love to play!
At FVA, we simplify the learning process
so you can focus on the fun part:
Playing violin music you love!

N. Poposki, parent
"Since the very first class, our daughter has been enjoying every minute of the creative lessons, fun teaching techniques and the positive energy that comes from her violin instructor/teacher, Ms. Caitlin Majewski. Our child has learned the notes, how to read them and play them on the violin. Caitlin has also being available for us when our child has some questions throughout the week. She text us back within minutes and is always kind and very patient with the entire process."

J. Aranda, parent
"I am so amazed by my son's progress in a period of just 2 years taking private lessons with Ms. Caitlin. Her approach to teaching has been very helpful for my son to advance in his violin playing and he is now able to play using vibrato and shifting positions"

S. Sotelo, adult student
"I have been taking lessons with Caitlin for a few months now and I couldn’t ask for a better teacher. I came into this with absolutely no musical background and being in my 30’s, thought I was to late to the game. She’s showing me that's far from the truth. She's super patient and encouraging and makes every lesson feel fun. The flexibility is great, she has no problem switching days if something comes up. If you’re looking for a place to start or just want to continue your musical journey this is the place to go!"
